FAQ

How do you photograph portraits?

We absolutely love doing portrait photography, and one of the things we do is work with you to try to figure out an appropriate style and location. Once that is determined, we will meet you at the location and do the photoshoot, then we will try to send you some previews one to three days after the photoshoot. Once all of the photos are done, we will get them delivered to you (usually via our online client gallery).

Where are you based and do you travel?

We are based out of Lancaster Pennsylvania and we generally travel within the Lancaster County area to reach our clients.

When will we get our photos?

For standard delivery times, photos are generally available in the gallery about two weeks from the day that they were taken. For priority delivery times, photos are available in the gallery within seven days.

How many pictures are included?

Regular portrait sessions will yield 40 - 50 edited pictures. Half Sessions will yield 10 edited photos and Micro Sessions yield 5 edited photos.

Can I get all of the pictures that were taken during the photoshoot?

Yes and No. Our goal is to give you the best photo from each pose. If a photo does not turn out, we will not include the photo in your gallery; this is because we strive to only give you the best products and we believe that anything other than that is not worthy to give to you.
